GMC 2008 **** H/D Pickup windshield washer fluid heater

I received a recall notice from GMC regarding my Takata Air Bag replacement. I took my truck to my local Simi Valley GMC Dealer for air bag replacement. I was then told I have another recall for the windshield washer fluid heater. I said ok take care of the added recall. I picked up my truck later that same day, went to the cashier and got my paperwork and left the Dealership. When I got back to my office I read the paperwork from the Dealer that the cashier gave me, it stated what work was performed (the air bag replacement and the removal of module for the windshield washer heater). It also stated that the customer was to receive $100 for the loss of the use of the heated windshield washer. I called the GMC Dealer and asked about the $100. The Dealer told me to talk to GMC Corporate. GMC Corporate made me send paperwork to prove my point. Meanwhile after about 10 phone calls and few emails. Finally a month later I was told by the Simi Valley GMC Dealer that the work was not needed therefore no refund. I don't believe anybody, I can't trust GMC or the Dealer. What a waste of time and energy. I still don't know if this was a scam.
